1. For our homework this week I am asking you to prepare a presentation that lasts between 30 second and a minute and a half (like show and tell) on a subject of your choice. Next week you will have an opportunity to share it with the class, or smaller group if you prefer.
You can use props, pictures or bring in a presentation on a memory stick or just talk.
It could be about your favourite book, sport, film, hobby, in fact anything that you feel you could talk about in front of the class.
It is important to prepare so I suggest you practise at home, so that you feel confident. You may want to bullet point some notes to help you.
After your presentation there will be another minute for you to answer any questions.
