3. British Sign Language Provision in the NHS: Improvement Action Plan
The BSL Improvement Action Plan aims to create more equitable access to health services for BSL service users in Scotland.
The action plan will:
strengthen leadership and governance across NHS Scotland
strengthen the infrastructure to reduce variation in service provision
increase staff engagement to provide a person-centred, safe service and a better experience for BSL service users.
