How it looks
The platypus looks like a duck plus mole or otter plus a beaver. It has a bill, webbed feet, a furry body, and a tail.
There diet
They are carnivores. They eat water insects, water insects larva, snails, mussels, earthworms, shrimp, crayfish, tadpoles, frogs, small fish, and fish eggs.
How they move

About there habitat
Platypuses live on the edge of Australia and all of Tasmania. It’s sandy and wet. They are adapted because they have webbed feet and have thick fur coats.

4. A platypuses Life Cycle

Platypuses are actually the only mammals that lay eggs. When they get out of the eggs they will drink milk from there mother’s skin for four to five months.
