1 Business Model We curate apps, data, and hardware and combine them to solve unique problems. Shopping with us is a unique experience as you select not products, but functions you need. The range of products is as large as the range of needs. Want to use your company workstation to write that great novel, use our Tiny PC and our KVM switch to flip the keyboard, mouse and screen over to your Tiny PC in your own private environment. The following slides are just a few ideas but the gist is this. Modeled in some ways after IFTTT but with a store front, we start with a few flagship products, like privacy but add a IFTTT-like wizard that asks the customer what they want to accomplish. This will start small as I build an algorithm and will need a human to search for related products that match the needs uncovered by the wizard.

2 Possible Names P3® IoT Dashboard®
The P3 is a specific product that is a shrink-wrapped pocket PC that uses KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) cabling to attach to existing workstation. IoT Dashboard® The dashboard already exists but is resold as part of the storefront. Much of what we sell are groups of existing products. The buyer purchases the IoT dashboard, but on the backend, 5 to 7 free apps are bundled.

3 Privacy

4 P3 Products Pocket PC – Protection in the palm of your hands.
Build your RaspberryPI powered Pocket PC with our custom wizard. KVM with a switch to run apps in full private mode All LINUX-based low footprint software and TOR browser included

5 Build a solution Wizard
Tools shouldn’t drive the need, need should drive the tools Screen above is from IFTTT, and it’s a selection built from a search string “make my home safe”. These are IFTTT applications that work with many IoT products. So, they are free and what I’m doing is curating the massive mountain of free data, applications, and services into a package that gets resold. So, why would someone pay for free tools? They’re paying for uncovering the tool that meets their need. This is requirements engineering – matching needs to tools

6 IFTTT Integration IFTTT is the popular and free applet service that automates tasks in a simple IF This Then That manner. Want to not overwater your cactus? Have an alert remind you when it rains in Arizona or even trigger an automated watering can. P3 will analyze your needs through a process called “elicitation” and selects the most cost effective and in many cases free tools like IFTTT

7 Mock-up Write your 100 word description:
“I want the thermostat to run less when no one is home. So that my utility bills will be lower” Done when: I see a drop in my electric bill. You should buy this IoT product and use our dashboard

8 Steps needed: Word Press custom site with store front template Domain name Social media accounts: Flipboard Facebook REDDIT Fiverr account with initial investment for the following: RasPI P3 prototypes Custom code to build the backend (see backend services)

9 Backend Process If customer selects one of the results for a need; for e.g. “turn select appliances when no one is home” and puts the “package” in the cart. That package may be 3 separate items that hit Amazon. We don’t want the customer to see the individual items, rather only the package assembled in the backend.

10 Pulling from Amazon The site will need to do 3 things which will require programming but is pretty standard: Learn the user’s preferences based on site visits and past queries Highlight what's hot for all users Wizard will be the front-end custom coded part but it should pass search text to Amazon and pull back results to our application

11 I want the thermostat to run less when I’m not at home
I want the thermostat to run less when I’m not at home. So that my electric bills will be lower” Done when: I see a drop in my electric bill. + + thermostat not at home electric bills Run thesaurus service for the 3 phrases and build search string for Amazon SEND < thermostat, home, heat, cool, Costs, remote, > AMAZON
