2. Location of Assessment on 4.0
By going to the left tab bar on Club Reduce 4.0 you click on Clinic Tools > Symptom Assessment to be able to have your patients fill out their assessment in your office or for you to print blank Assessments.

3. Location of Assessment on 4.0
If your patient has filled out the assessment at home from the patients log in, then you would go to the left tab bar again and click on Clinic Tools > Assessment Results to print out your patients results.

5. Reviewing Good and Bad Assessments
We will go over two Symptom Assessments
The first one will be a very sick, toxic and unhealthy patient before they go on a program.
The second one will be a happy and healthy patient that just finished a 5 Week Candida Program!

11. New Closing Videos
On Club Reduce 4.0 we have some brand new training videos on how to close and sell programs.
I have created one for Neuropathy Patients and Weight Loss Patients
You can find them on Club Reduce 4.0 on the left tab under Training > Basic Training > Closing.
