7 Successful learning environment
Positive attitude/ encouragement Positive feedback Well planned activities Being prepared Having correct materials New and not repetitive curriculum Hands-on activities

8 Discipline Make clear and simple rules
Discuss rules with students and make sure they understand what is expected of them. Remain consistent and loyal to rules with all students When children are making inappropriate choices * Talk to student about choices * Find a solution together *Acknowledge the child when making the correct choice * Have an alternate activity for that child if behavior does not improve

9 Observation technique
* For my observation technique I will carry a clipboard with me and do a checklist for every child. As the child is doing the activity I will check off if the child was able or not able to accomplish the skill. I will make personalized checklist according to the activities we will be doing.

10 Student evaluation technique
Evaluate children's progress Individually * Psychomotor Domain * Cognitive Domain Children's Assessments Identify children's strengths weakness Increase/ decrease difficulty Provide support / encouragement Build on growth

11 Reflective teaching / teaching evaluation
Observe children while doing activity Document child's growth during activity How can I Improve ? Was the activity developmentally appropriate? If not what do I need to change? What modifications do I need to do ? Did I have the correct equipment? Did I have the correct amount of equipment? Group size? While children are doing activity observe children and monitor their performance. Document the performance. If children are not meeting expectations and are lacking skills, re-evaulaute lesson plan, curriculum and expectations

12 Genetic Skill levels Four Levels Pre-control Level Beginner
