Did you know? Women apply for open job positions if they believe they can respond to 100% of the criteria. Men respond as soon as they feel they meet 60% of the requirements. Hewlett Packard research I think I can! How does this apply to the driver population?

Why do we want more women in trucking?
As drivers, women….take fewer risks. Men have twice the number of crashes as women. Men are more likely to be involved in crashes that occur on curves, in the dark or while passing other vehicles. (The Social Issues Research Centre)
