The rent is to high and no pets and there is not two bed rooms and it does not have all amenities included and no separate washer and dryer

7. Why we chose the basement suite
We found that the basement was the better option because wifi, cable and all the utilities are included. The basement suite also has nine out our top ten things we were looking for including two bedrooms, a separate entrance, and our own private laundry machines.

8. Why we didn’t choose the
House
Apartment
The house had seven out of our top ten things, it also had three rooms. Unless we can find another roommate that extra room is going to sit there.
Although the apartment is close to a lot of restaurants and stores the rent was $200 out of our budget and $1601 is a lot of money per month.
