1. PowerPoint Now, I will explain about power point.
Power point is one of the program of MS office program.
You can make a presentation in a school or office by using this power point.
Now, I’ll show you the function of power point and how to make a power point

2. First of all, I ‘ll show you How you start the powerpoint2003 program.
Click the start button in bottom of leftside, then move a cursor to program, then you can find microsoft office file.
And do the same thing. After 2 seconds, it will be displayed microsoft office power point 2003.
And click that button please.

3. It is a first slide of power point.
From now on, I’ll explain about structure of powerpoint.

You can see two red boxes. Under box is spread of upper box. This menus is very important.
Because you can use all the functions in the powerpoint. With this menus.

5. These icons is like windows icons which are used for fast action of works.
I will explain about familiar icons that are utillized lots of times.
Look at this. There are two lines of icons. I will cover these icons later.

6. And look at left side of things. There are small square
And look at left side of things. There are small square. And you can see big one in the center.
It call that each squares are slide. If you works in center slide, then also you can see the same works at small slide in left side.

7. Next , look at under the slide. You can see another icons.
These are usually used for drawing and making some shapes like wave, circle, and so on.

8. Next look at the left side of icon which you learn just a moment ago.
You can find three icons. These icons are used for displaying your works what you’ve done.

9. Second icon makes you see many slides what you’ve worked

10. If you click first icon among the three icons, you can see this screen.

11. If you want to use other icons, you can add icons by using this button.

12. After finishing your works, perhaps you will have to save the file that you’ve done.
Click the File menu, and you may see save and save as… .
Save is used for saving named file and unnamed file. And save as… is used for changing saved file name.

13. If you choose save as… , you must give file a name
If you choose save as… , you must give file a name. name is written in File name. and click the save button for saving the file.

14. If you need to open a file what you want
If you need to open a file what you want. Click the file menu, and you may find open.

15. click that!
If you click the icon what you want. You can bring a file to open.
