2. Media menu
In the menu left, choose Media which gives you two options, either scan through the Library or add new media files.
Library contains ”all” kind of medias(pdfs, powerpoints, logos).
You may upload as many as you need.
Minimum dimensions: 900px by 476px for all pictures
Front page picture needs to be a ‘landscape format’

3. The command Add media
Clicking ”Add media” brings you to the library where you can choose the picture you uploaded.
and includes all the fields (except Background!): Header, Objectives, What is done? And Key factors.

4. Library
The library will by and by expand and have many pictures to scan through. Remember to delete uploaded pictures you are not using.
In the menu line, above the pictures, you can filter the search, i.a. on months

5. Paste options
When pasting, be aware of the options at the bottom, right corner. The option should normally read ‘Large’ to have the optimal presentation of a picture

6. Caption
When downloading pictures, the text field 'Captions' (Library) needs to be filled with description and credits. This will show on the screen when the pictures/file are published.

7. Trouble shooting
The two functions marked with a red ring in the picture is not functioning, intentionally. Don’t bother to use them
