1. How To Be A Godly Woman In An Ungodly World
Titus 2:3-5

2. Love Your Husbands The marriage relationship takes priority
Ephesians 5:22-33 lays down the principles
These show how the husband and wife desire to love each other
I hope we all can see in these verses instructions for both husband and wife
Marriage is a partnership

3. When the marriage relationship is priority:
The wife AND husband will be blessed
The children will learn how to have successful marriage
The wife & husband will be aware of the dangers of misplacing priorities
This is in contrast to the ungodliness of our world where personal happiness is placed above every other priority

4. Love Your Children Loving our children does not mean:
Giving them everything they want
Making sure that they keep up with the world
Make their own religious decisions

5. Loving children requires:
Discipline (Prov. 23:13-14)
Look what a lack of discipline produces (1 Sam. 3:13)
Caring for their spiritual needs (2 Tim. 1:5)

6. Develop Christian Character
Be discreet
Being sound-minded, self-controlled
This affects the success of whatever we do (1 Cor. 9:25)
Be chaste
Spiritual influence cannot be overlooked (1 Peter 3:1-2)
Being pure in all relationships is a priceless commodity

7. Homemakers
Not a prohibition against working outside the home (Prov. 31:16-18, 24; Acts 16:14)
A prohibition against making a career a priority
Be good
Benevolent, helpful, hospitable
“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith” (Gal. 6:10)

8. Obedient to your husband
Not cultural, in the beginning (Gen. 3:16)
Voluntary submission (Eph. 5:22)
