Problem: Customer’s office staff have been downsized, knowledge lost.
Customer’s accountants are slow to respond and costly. Customers have no alternative method to gain accounting advice (Sage will not provide). Impacts Sage employee morale. Customer task stops until customer gets accounting answer. Clearly and concisely state the problem. What is the business level issue and pain. It should be compelling. Did I mention be concise?!

Makes us sticky! – corporate objective to have customers rely on us like they do their accountants Sage receives revenue without incurring cost/liability…or doing anything! – We take a percentage cut for providing the dating service.
