They’ve been there; this is the first year we have performance against the goals. Why should I care? Academic Growth Student Growth Percentiles - Explained What are SGPs? Indicators of student growth: test scores compared with scores of students with similar score histories (academic peers). What can SGPs tell us about student growth? How much a student grew, relative to her academic peers. A student with an SGP of 65 performed better than 65% of her academic peers.
