3. Music on Hold New Tracks…
Our dedicated musicians and audio specialists have produced a new series of tracks for your telephone hold system.
These are available free of charge to all Music On Hold subscribers, and they are now downloadable!

4. Downloading the Music
After logging in to the UBT website and going to the Music On Hold page…
Click the arrows to listen to samples.
Click the red download buttons for the tracks selected.

5. Loading the Music to the Player – Step 1
Locate your Music On Hold player:
This will be near your telephone switchboard.
There are two common models, shown below.

6. Loading the Music to the Player – Step 2
Remove the SD card from the player and connect it to your computer:
By plugging it directly into a laptop computer via the SD port (below left).
Via an SD card reader plugged into a USB port (below right). Card readers are available from electronics shops and larger stationery suppliers, e.g. Staples.

7. Loading the Music to the Player – Step 3
Open the SD card folder.
If file INIT.txt is present, do not delete it, as the player requires it.
Copy the files to your desktop for future reference.
Do not reformat the SD card !

8. Loading the Music to the Player – Step 4
Delete the music file if you wish, but DO NOT DELETE any INIT text file that may be present.
Copy and paste the downloaded music files into the SD folder.

9. Loading the Music to the Player – Final Step
Disconnect the SD card from your computer and replace it in the player unit, which should initiate in 10 seconds or so; if it fails to start, turn the power supply to the player off for 10 seconds, then back on again.
