Online Course Registration/Change/Drop Period

Scholarship * Fill out the form ‘ACTS Great Commission Scholarship Application.
- Registration Fee: 300,000 won
When you pay the registration fee individually
- Before 30th April 300,000 won
- During 1st to 31st May 350,000 won
- After 1st June 400,000 won
- Church Matching Fund: 1,000,000 won
* Academic Scholarship: 1,000,000 won (Minimum GPA 3.0)
Re-registration fee of Thesis: 400,000 won for Ph.D.
300,000 won for Th.M.

2. 16 hours work place for 16 hours work before you start the work.
- Do report your work place to AIGS office when you get the
place for 16 hours work before you start the work.
- If you want to work the other work that we don’t recommend,
You MUST get our permission before you start the work.
- Payment of Failure 700,000 won

4. Submission of English Proficiency
Letter of English Proficiency from your undergraduate school directly to AIGS office until 31st May
- Cambodia, Cameroon, Ethiopia, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Uganda
* The country list is from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea.
2. English Proficiency Certificate until 31st May
- The other country students and the students who didn’t
reach the required score last year.

: TOEFL(IBT) 71 / IELTS 5.5 / TEPS 327

5. Semester Extension for Writing Thesis
- Th.M. 1 semester more for writing thesis Ph.D. 2 semesters more for writing thesis
- Students who write thesis in extended semester pay for
re-registration fee and We offer room and board.
- M.Div. 1 semester more * very unusual case
- M.Div. students MUST complete the course within 6 semesters
but if a very unusual case (for example, a compulsory subject
of Fall semester has ‘F’), We allow to extend one semester only
and the student pays the fee of room and board yourself.

6. Residence Application
You MUST apply your residence within 14 days in 2 cases
as below to the Immigration office directly.
- Passport Expiration, Home Address Change
- If you don’t apply for your changed residence, you receive
the penalty.
National Health Insurance Application
New students MUST apply National Health Insurance in
Yangpyung Health Insurance Center directly within 3 months
of stay in Korea.
* Preparation: Passport, Alien Registration Card, Enrollment Certificate

7. Etc. Check the Notice of our homepage several times.
Submit the official form on time.
If you need any form that AIGS office makes, do request
it before 2 days at least.
4. Use ACTS-IN when your personal information is changed.
