PARTICIPATION COSTS Fees - $600 (Winter Guard and Drumline have separate fees) Mandatory Fundraising - $200 Minimum (or opt to pay $800 full cost and be exempt from fundraising) Transportation Fee – Pay to South High School or TUSD NOT Band Boosters Water Donations – 2.5 gallon or pack of 16 oz bottles Student Account Over $200 $200 Boosters

ATHLETIC CLEARANCE Online Athletic Clearance – must be completed online at athleticclearance.com (instructions can be found in link at southhighband.org) Physical Screening Form – available online as well Requires a physical examination Must be turned into the Athletic Office during school registration in August Note: Failure to complete and turn in this form can result in removal from school activities and loss of class credit

OTHER INFORMATION Registration Dates: July 24 and July 26, from 5-6 p.m. in the Choir Room Registration Packets available online (including band & color guard wear/gear order forms) Potluck – August 29th at 7:00 pm (performance on the field followed by potluck & general meeting) SHS Band YouTube Channel

FRANCE TRIP UPDATE Spring Break April 4-13, 2019 (depart Thursday, return Saturday) France – Normandy | Paris $4,195 per SHS Band student – full price; $3,995 if paid by check or direct deposit $4,665 per adult/sibling –full price;$4,445 if paid by check or direct deposit Price includes 2 meals daily; admission to all sites; ground, air, and hotel; and tour guides Contact Lance Lancaster at KIConcerts for more Information (719) x104
