The MGA develops and maintains an organization of geographically-defined member units committed to the advancement of electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering and computer sciences, and the allied branches of engineering and related arts and sciences.

Monitoring and promotion of Geographic Unit activities related to MGA objectives (member engagement, professional development, public imperatives, etc)

11. Serving on a MGA Cmte
The IEEE Member and Geographic Activities (MGA) Nominations and Appointments (N&A) Committee is soliciting nominations for the following 2012 MGA committee member and liaison positions.
The deadline to submit nominations is 1 SEP 2011.
