Core Knowledge
Blending sounds to form words and segmenting sounds to break words apart.
Practicing the sound and formation of letters m, a, t, d, o, c, g, i ,n, h, s, f, v, z, p, and e AND putting these letters together to spell and read words.
Math
Describing shapes by their attributes (curvy, straight, number of sides/corners, 2D or 3D, vertices, and faces).
Identifying triangles, rectangles, squares, hexagons, circles, cones, spheres, cylinders, and cubes.
Identifying positional words behind, above, in front of, below, and beside.
Science
Using observations to identify weather patterns over time.
