1. In your own words, define the word empire and emperor, using page 49.
2. For the Western Rome Empire, west of Greece, make a list of the names of places controlled by the Roman emperor. Include cities. Use page 43. Title your list as “Western Roman Empire.”
1. Using Lesson 2 of Chapter 2, make a list of four reasons for the fall (end) of the Western Roman Empire. Look at the read subtitles.
2. Pick one from the four and write a brief explanation for it in your won words.
