Role of the Resident Director
Modeling CBP with RAs Leadership Skills Provide Accountability Organized Events
11
Outcomes RA Feedback What I enjoy about CBP is…
“surprising residents with coffee dates and just hanging out” “how it equips to you relate to all different kinds of people” “Accountability to moving deeper” “Getting budget to love on people and not having to plan massive events.” “getting to know others that I would not otherwise have pursued”
12
Outcomes RA Feedback What is difficult about CBP is…
“quantifying relationships can seem impersonal” “Distinguishing between level 2 and 3 and keeping up with logging” “I don't like keeping it a secret” “Facing the fact that the system holds you accountable to do your job and that you quantifiably aren't doing great.” “when residents do not want to talk to me and they answer broad questions with yes and no”
13
