4 Loans/Equipment Needs DWDM cards from Cisco muxes at PAIX, SNV and LA, agreed 8/29/03 Cisco/CENIC Also will need 10G card at SLAC & at SC03 booth Sun also want to 2 provide file servers with bonded/channelized 4*1GE interfaces, try high speed disk-to-disk One at SLAC, one at SC03 Could run Solaris or Linux Linux better for FAST TCP and jumbos Solaris may have better disk throughput Sun does not have 10GE NIC or a quad 1GE card available Will take Alcippe and zAntonia to SC03, leave iphicles at SLAC Have ordered 2 10GE Intel cards
