The author states a claim that any individual is capable to get into a college without any excuses. He/She goes further in depth by explaining that common excuses such as economic status, grades or time can all be solved through various answers given by the author.

The author believes that people shouldn’t make excuses about why they can’t attend college. The excuses aren’t valid because people overcome several obstacles such as not having enough money, having average grades, not knowing where to apply and feeling excluded in an unknown environment.

College is affordable no matter the circumstances. Having a family tradition such as not going to college, should be broken instead of being kept. Grades aren’t the only factor in order to be accepted into a college, but also takes into account the character of the student as well. Even if an individual has no idea to what they want to major in or do with their life. Colleges over a plethora of majors and classes that will suit you perfectly eventually.
