4. Contract Management Civic-EIDMS Modules
This Module mainly cater with Data storing and keep track of sales/Purchase respectively against of Commodity contract. Facility to maintain contract to sale/purchase against multiple Sales order/Purchase order depends on the contract.
Splitting and Merging of contracts can be done at different levels. Multiple shipment can be possible for one contract and Single shipment for multiple contracts.
Different Certificates details can be maintain and attachment of its original copy can be done at each entry like
Certificate of origin, Certificate of origin (LDC), Duty free Treatment,
Export Health Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate etc.…
