What is SUSHI ??? Sushi is a Japanese food which consisting sushi rice and other ingredients.

There are many kind of sushi such as Aburi sushi, Gunkan-maki, onigiri, Maki sushi, Temaki and Nigiri sushi. However the most common sushi is Maki sushi, Onigiri and Temaki because they are easy to do.

The Advantages of eating sushi
-seaweed which is considered as a low calories vegetables. -salmon and tuna have high protein, vitamin D and omega.

-Wasabi has also been found to aid cancer prevention and prevent blood clots, if eaten regularly. -Ginger is used to cleanse the palate after each bite of sushi. Ginger relieves sinus congestion, lowers cholesterol levels, and limits blood clots in the same way aspirin does.

Maki Sushi Maki sushi also known as rolled sushi. It consists of rice and other ingredients rolled together with a sheet of nori which is known as seaweed.

Below are the steps of making Maki sushi:
Step 1: Prepared all the ingredients needed as following: ~Sushi rice ~Dried seaweed ~Hotdog ~Cucumber ~Crab stick ~Cheese ~Mayonnaise Below are the steps of making Maki sushi: Step 2: Cut the hotdog, cheese, cucumber, and crab stick into skinny strips. Step 3: Place the seaweed layer on a bamboo mat and wipe some mayonnaise on the seaweed. Step 4: Spread the sushi rice onto the seaweed. Step 5: Then place the hotdog, cheese, cucumber, carrot and crab stick that cut into strips onto the rice. Step 6: Roll the sushi into a long roll. Step 7: Lastly, cut down the middle of the roll, place each half of the sushi roll parallel to each other and cutting both halves down the middle simultaneously.

Onigiri Sushi Onigiri also known as sushi ball. In Japanese word, “onigiri” means rice ball. It is a Japanese food made from white rice formed into an oval shape and often wrapped in seaweed.

Below are the steps of making Onigiri:
Step 1: Prepared all the ingredients needed as following: ~Sushi rice ~Seaweed ~Tuna ~Prawn ~Salty water Below are the steps of making Onigiri: Step 2: Cut the prawn into half. Step 3: Wipe your hand with salty water. This is to keep the rice from sticking to your hands. Step 4: Make a deep hole on to rice ball which is enough to place the tuna and prawn in. Step 5: Insert the tuna and prawn into the hole. Step 6: Lastly, wrap the onigiri with seaweed.

Temaki Sushi Temaki also known as hand roll sushi. Temaki sushi is a form of rolled sushi created in a cone shape.

Below are the steps of making Maki sushi:
Step 1: Prepared all the ingredients needed as following: ~Sushi rice ~Dried seaweed ~Hotdog ~Cucumber ~Crab stick ~Cheese ~Mayonnaise Step 2: Cut the hotdog, cheese, cucumber and crab stick into skinny strips. Step 3: Place the seaweed on bamboo mat and put a thin layer of rice on one half of the seaweed. Step 4: Then place the hotdog, cheese, cucumber and crab stick that cut into strips onto the rice. Step 5: Lastly, rolling it into cone shape.
