Territorial units NUTS only for EU Member States
“Statistical Regions” for candidate countries 3 regional levels - proper NUTS 2 local levels Level 5 = commune, municipality (obec, gmina, telepules, orasul, obcinah, vald/linn, pagast, seniunija, naseleni mesta etc.)
