Usage of the verb ALLER Comment vas-tu? How are you?
Nous allons au café We’re going to the café. As you can see, the verb aller has more than one meaning. It can be used: 1) to talk about going somewhere. On va au café We’re going to the café 2) to talk about how things are going in general. Ça va? How are things going? 3) to talk about someone’s health. Comment allez-vous? How are you? Je vais bien, merci I’m fine, thanks.
