Why have a Community Café? 2 Explore questions that matter Encourage everyones contribution Listen for insight & share discoveries

How does it work? 3 Each table needs a table host & a note taker 3 different rounds of discussion with 3 unique questions Each round of discussion will last for 20 minutes

How does it work? 4 After the first and second round of discussion everyone (except the table host) will move to a new table.

How does it work? 5 Discuss the question at your table Take notes on the table paper or on the colored 8 ½ x 11 paper Write down a key insight or idea on the post-it to share on the display board

What does a table host do? 6 Encourage people at your table to write down ideas Stay at the table when others leave and welcome new people Briefly share key insights from the prior conversation
