Envisaged line for streamlining
Identical to the line in the Priority Substances Directive Proposal, article 8(2)
By inserting, at the end of each of the relevant questionnaires, the line
“Transitional arrangements: Before 22 December 2013, Member States may carry out monitoring and reporting in accordance with articles 5, 8 and 15 of Directive 2000/60/EC instead of carrying them out in accordance with the above provisions.” 
Change envisaged under Comitology, however not the WFD Committee, but the Committee under Directive 91/692/EEC.

Committee under Directive 91/692/EEC
Directive 91/692/EEC, and consequently its Committee, cover horizontally a range of reporting obligations, not only in the water sector.
For ‘water’ issues, this Committee has for the last time been convoked 12 years ago, in 1995.
