Are You A Poser, Amateur or a Professional Network Marketer
Poser - A poser is someone who joins a company with a lottery ticket mentality. If they haven't made any money by the second week, they quit. And it is the companies fault and their upline's fault. It, of course, has nothing to do with the fact that they didn't do any work Amateur - An amateur is someone who is looking for that one distributor that will build their organization for them. They are also the people who shout ground floor opportunity and the best compensation plan ever all over Facebook and other social media sites. Basically, they are hoping luck, positioning, and timing will take care of everything for them and they will be able to sit back on the beach and count their cash. Professional - A professional network marketer is similar to other professionals. What do all professionals need? They need to learn the skills of their profession and master them. They must keep learning and keep growing. • Eric's definition of a professional is this "A person who is an expert at the skills required to build a large and successful Network Marketing organization".

Young Living is a vehicle to take you to your life’s work or dream.
IT’s not about slinging lavender.
5
What is your Why? Your Why determines your results.
Mindset + Action = Results Listen to One Training every day. The question is not, “Am I capable?” The question is, “Am I willing?”
6
To Hustle Align yourself with your Goal.
Work steadily towards your Goal. Have Focus on your Goal. Speed Walking Day Hustles a Year Hustle...Does not mean… Work 24/7 for life.
7
Decide what you want. Decide what you are willing to do to get it.
Get on with the work of it. You have to match your actions and your work to your goal. Hire out the things that get in your way. You have to work like the 1% to get there.

Become a Product of the Product
Your Mindset determines your Team’s Behavior 300pv + on ER More products to show without purchasing Always model behavior you want others to follow Always be excited about new product releases, sales, etc What you do, your team does. It only takes 33 people ordering 300pv or more, and you are silver. Its your business. 300 pv signals to your upline that you are commited. Would you buy pizza somewhere else if you had the best at your own restaurant? If you had the choice? It only mkaes sense to buy everything from yl, or make it with YL products until you can buy it all. But the goal should be to be able to buy it all asap and keep yourself accountable to that.
11
How do you talk about the Products to your Team or Prospects?
Choose words that bring life… Valuable vs. Expensive “I can’t wait to buy more” vs. This is non-negotiable for me and/or lifestyle Your perspective becomes their perspective
12
Use your tools...but not all the tools.
“Don’t get distracted by glitter when you could be carving a diamond.” Propel Gameplan Listen to the Diamond Transformation Listen to one training a day to stay inspired. Check pinned posts for what you need. Motivation doesn’t last. Neither does brushing your teeth. Thats why you HAVE to do it everyday. Inspiration is key to success. You are never stuck, you just arent’ learning. Change that. And youll find momentum
13
Have a Question? Think like a CEO - not an Entrepreneur
Become an expert at solving problems Call YL Ask immediate enroller/sponsor or closest leader CEOs solve problems. They don’t wait for others to do it for them
14

Executive and Above
17
What if you owned your own business?
What would you do differently today? What if this was your only option? What if you owned the team page? Whose hands are you leaving your business in? Imagine that you owned your entire downline. Would you be happy with the service you are giving out? In what ways do you feel you are leaving your business up to someone else?
18
Why is Ownership Important?
Ownership exhibits Courage Ownership Inspires Confidence and Competency Ownership calls forth the best in others
19
Making Ownership Work for YOU
What areas of my business lack ownership? Who owns the success of my business? How can I show my team that I care?
20
Teamwork makes the Dreamwork.
Who is the boss??? Teamwork makes the Dreamwork. Your team doesn’t work for you. It can feel like it, when they are constantly asking questions. If you are letting other people figure out your problems all the time, you are saying, id rather have a boss. Authoratative command style leadership will never work long term. Its an ATTITUDE of ownership. You want to create a culture where everyone has skin in the game, and shared ownership. Your success, is my success.
21
Create a Sense of Co-Ownership
See your downline as co-owners - Everyone matters Credibility 2. Relationship 3. Belief in you and the business 4. Influence Influence is modeling ownership
22
Ways to encourage Ownership -
Listen to them Help them see we are in this together Support them Recognize them Include them Lead by example Help them set clear expectations
23
When your team has ownership...
The are highly responsive They look ahead They have a high level of commitment They are BIG on customer care They think beyond themselves
24
Become a GO-GIVER Go-getters always fail.
But those who give, will always be given back in abundance.
