2 THE COLORADO GOAL 66% ATTAINMENT BY 2025
STRATEGIC GOAL #1 Increase Completion STRATEGIC GOAL #3 Improve Student Success STRATEGIC GOAL #2 Erase Equity Gaps STRATEGIC GOAL #4 Invest in Affordability and Innovation Getting to 66 Our Master Plan sets a statewide goal of 66 percent attainment by 2025 and four strategic goals to get there.

4 The #CORises goal by % of adults in Colorado will earn a post-high school certificate or degree Our goal is for year olds, and would take into account the 6% Georgetown recommendation: Meaning from Census data we are shooting for 60%.

56% Methodology: Based on a regression analysis of Year Estimates from the American Community Survey. Regression analysis was run by the Colorado Demographer’s Office. An additional 6% was added based on the research from Georgetown University on certificates

25-34 year olds: +11% Gap 35-44 year olds: +8% Gap 45-64 year olds: +2% Gap Females continue to outpace their male counterparts in educational attainment.
