1 Know Well the Condition of your Flocks
Meeting Needs Through Visitation

2 Paul’s Farewell to Ephesian Elders
Acts 20:17 From Miletus he sent to Ephesus and called for the elders of the church.  18 And when they had come to him, he said to them: “You know, from the first day that I came to Asia, in what manner I always lived among you,

3 Teaching Publicly & from House to House
19 serving the Lord with all humility, with many tears and trials which happened to me by the plotting of the Jews;  20 how I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house,

4 Calling to repentance & Faith
21 testifying to Jews, and also to Greeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

5 Shepherd the Church of God
27 For I have not shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God.  28 Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.

6 Paul’s Warning 29 For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.  30 Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves.  31 Therefore watch, and remember that for three years I did not cease to warn everyone night and day with tears.

7 The Word of his grace 32 “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.

8 Our Purpose in Visitation
Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, And attend to your herds; - Proverbs 27:23 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” - John 13:35

9 The Final Judgment Matthew 25:31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.  32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.

10 Blessed of the Father 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.  34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

11 Serving those in need 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;  36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

12 When did we do so? 37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?  38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?

13 To one of the least of these
39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’  40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, in as much as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

14 Questions? Do you have questions that we might answer?
Questions about the Bible? Questions about the Chapel?

15 Needs? Do you have needs that we can help with?
Can we pray with you about something?
