Traditional Paterson Method
Paterson remains on the most popular and frequently implemented job evaluation system in Southern Africa. It is the easiest and quickest of all job evaluation systems to implement and maintain. It is used from unionised to senior executive job roles. An international job evaluation system used in a variety of industries and organisations. Supports Employment Equity reporting System is based on grading of practical work content (decision making)

The PatersonPlus Solution
