4. Triads
Any child who was brought to this country illegally while under the age of 15 may apply for legal residency and is eligible for legal employment and admission to any public university while he or she completes the process of becoming a legal citizen.

5. Congressional Hearing
We are going to have a congressional hearing.
Roles: DREAM Proponent, DREAM Opponent, Senator
Opponents and Proponents will work in a group to come up with a series of arguments for/against the passage of the Dream Act.
Senators will work together to come up with questions for each side.

6. Congressional Hearing
The DREAM Proponents must have a 2-4 sentence statement which states as many arguments in favor of the DREAM Act as possible.
The DREAM Opponents must do the same, only their statement must contain as main arguments against the DREAM Act as possible
Senators will ask two insightful questions of each group, then after discussing the pro’s/con’s will vote to see if the DREAM Act becomes law.
