National Statistical Coordination Committee chaired by a user; high level policy maker
National Strategy Coordinator to deal with administrative and technical issues
Technical Working Group to assist the Coordinator

Executive Committee to act on behalf of the RSTC as a bureau and to meet frequently AfDB, AUC and ECA
