◇ Esophageal liposarcoma Introduction - esophageal liposarcoma : extremely rare tumor - males, middle aged individuals : wide range of age distribution d/t slow growth Clinical presentation - preponderance upper esophagus - dysphagia: m/c initial symptom - all patients need long-term follow up ; can recur many decades Radiologic findings - pedunculated, well circumscribed, well differentiated  safely resected locally
