OC Recap Structure Review Task Force OC has created task force to look at committee/subcommittee/work group structure OC Vice Chair, Rich Hydzik, will be TF Chair TF to be comprised of 9 members Volunteers for TF were sought last fall TF will complete an evaluation in 2016 which will review the current need/value of all subcommittees Western Electricity Coordinating Council

OC Recap ISAS OC approved updated ISAS charter ISAS members has approved charter in August 2015 eTag table was presented to OC members OC member requested additional explanation behind the numbers Action Item assigned to ISAS ISAS to do an analysis of the reasons for the jump in numbers from 2013,2014, The results and additional statistics will be reported back to the OC at the next meeting to be held in March meeting. MIC Recap Merchant Alert Protocol MIC Chair presented to the WECC Board the specifics of the MAP and MIC’s efforts to keep MAP in place and functioning Board expressed favorable sentiments of the work MIC has been doing related to MAP Contract solution for work to get MAP messages from OASIS bulletin board to RMT has been worked out. MIC Recap Merchant Alert Protocol Contract solution for work to get MAP messages from OASIS bulletin board to RMT has been worked out CO was issued through Westtrans user group. Idaho Power agreed to have OATI charge CO costs to them. PEAK will be reimbursing Idaho CO required time to get proper contracting in place. Contracts between all parties were resolved around Christmas. If not already commencing, work will begin shortly on CO Peak’s delay of RMT should mean that MAP functionality will be in place prior to Peak cutting over to RMT Western Electricity Coordinating Council

MIC Recap Board Technical Session As part of 4.9 review process each standing committee is being asked to provide a technical session on relevant committee topic to WECC Board MIC will be facilitatimg technical session at WECC board meeting in early March MIC has chosen EIM as the topic the technical session Currently in the process of reaching out to number of entities in order to get a panel put together for the presentation Western Electricity Coordinating Council
