2. Practice

3. SPIRIT PACKS We will pass out Spirit Packs after we meet.
Duane wants to answer questions and/or concerns.
He also wants to talk about the next window for Spirit Packs and Fan Gear.
The First order of Fan Gear will be in next week.

4. Coffee Must have 10 sold by tomorrow
ALL MONEY COMES TO ME and checks are made to TIMBERLINE FOOTBALL. We cut one big check for UPS Team Camp.
If we sell 1000 as a TEAM we get the $500 gift card to BEST BUY. Sell 20 get your name in the drawing, then for every 5 you get your name in again.
REMEMBER the 1st 10 go to the Football TEAM and everything after goes to your TEAM Camp. $7 per item goes to your Camp (after 1st 10).
I will collect money for the upper classmen in room 127 right after school. Money turn in will take the place of weight room. Upper classmen will lift after practice
9th graders right after practice in room 127.
Make sure you take down the buyer’s contact information.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR MONEY and SALE SHEET IN AN EVELOPE!!!

5. UPS TEAM CAMP Deposit due tonight Full Payment due June 10th
If you don’t have the deposit, payment in full is due JUNE 10th. We will run one more fundraiser to help with camp.

We will car pool up July 14th. We leave Timberline High School at 7:30 am
Parents will see where players are staying and where pick up will be. Pick up time is still TBA.
Parents are welcome to come watch practice and scrimmages.
Need to have own sleeping stuff, all your gear, clothes, toiletries, spending money. Whatever else you think you need
NO GAME SYSTEMS!!! Or TV’s

6. TIMBERLINE Passing League
This Saturday, June 1st from 8-5.
IF YOUR SON IS PARTICIPATING PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY HAVE $5 for LUNCH
Games start at 9
OL/DL will be reffing games and helping take care of whatever needs to be done
I will have release forms tomorrow
If Freshmen want to help they are more than welcome. I can also give them volunteer hours, for certain classes they may be taking.

7. OLY Passing League June 8th 9-12 at Ingersoll
We will be taking two Varsity Teams this year
I will have release forms for players next week.
Graduation is the same day at 12:00.
Please let me know if you cannot make it.

8. Scrimmage @ South Sound Stadium
Bus leaves at 2:30
Must have sold your 10 coffee/smoothies to go
We start at 3:30. Only taking one Team

$20 and checks made out to APX with the form!

10. Youth Camp
June from 8:15-12:30. This includes set up and clean up.
Weight Room is Closed Thursday July 4th.
Grades will be working at the camp. NO Freshmen this year
Weight room is open from 2-4 June then 9-12 June 27.

11. Car Wash/Sidewalk Sale
June 29th at KMS Parking lot
I will have forms to hand players tomorrow or Monday. We will run the presale car wash until June 10th
Presale wash is $5. Drive ups are by donation
Each Player will get a form. They write their name on top and then whoever they sell too in the space provided. This will take place of the tickets.
This fundraiser is used to help pay for the banquet and pregame meals and TEAM Camp
The sidewalk sale portion of the day is your money to keep. You can use it for anything you want football related. This portion is ran on the honor system
Mr. and Mrs. Stevens are in charge. They are going to have a time break up for us, so kids are not working all day.

12. Weight Room
Starting Monday, June 17-August 15 M-Thur Weight room is 9-12
9th graders from 9-11
June times are from 2-4(during youth camp)
Closed July 4, 15, 16, 17
NEED TO HAVE CLEATS AT THE WEIGHT ROOM EVERY DAY
