Our Services Homeward Bound - Emergency Relief and assisting travelers at the point of need who experience a crisis. For example: travel fare assistance or material aid.

Our Services Social Enterprise Café and travellers amenities which include: Luggage storage, Internet lounge, Showers, Toilets.

Our Services Access Service - Personal care attendant support workers to assist travellers with disabilities.

Our Services Travellers Aid at Southern Cross Station which includes: Bedrooms for travellers to rest, Lounge, Showers, Travellers Assistance Program.

Our Services Melbourne Mobility Centre - This centre is operated on behalf of the City of Melbourne at Federation Square.

High Petrol Prices - Issues Increased food costs, Reduction in value of fuel cards, Increased fuel levies for flights, Compromise between food on the table verses petrol in the car.

Impacts on our clients Increased cost to attend medical appointments, To assist/care for family members, Stranded tourists (lack of funds for petrol), Traveling to/from work or interviews.

Challenges in behavior change Outdated perceptions by some Emergency Relief providers that car travel is the best form of transport. Lack of familiarity/comfort with using public transport (workers in sector).

Outcomes Decrease in V/Line fares by 20%. Services adapting to timetables. Increasing accessible transport options Regional transport investment/infrastructure
