Fig. 2 Phylogenetic networks obtained from the analysis of the cat mtDNA sequences. The large network results from the analysis of two fragments in the control region (HVI, HVII) and a part of tRNA-Pro. The small network is shown for comparison and was obtained from the analysis of the two protein coding genes ND5 and ND6. The samples used for the first analysis are also present in the second one.
