5 Equipment Issue and Locker Assignment
Tuesday, May 30st Wednesday, May 31st Anchor Point Leaders 3:00 PM – Seniors 3:30 PM – Juniors 4:00 PM – Sophomores 3:00 PM – Freshmen and any upperclassmen who did not get equipment on Tuesday Meet in the Old High School Office at your scheduled time. Equipment will be taken home for the summer.

9 August 1, 2017 First official day of the 2017 season
Team meeting 3:30PM in PWHS gym for all levels Equipment and Practice on 1st day.

10 Camp Awana Varsity and JV players Three-day, overnight camp
Bus leaves on Saturday, August 5th and returns on Monday, August 7th Camp fee of $50 includes transportation, lodging, meals and some snacks Bring extra food!

Who are we? A Social Club assembled for the sole purpose of having fun while supporting our Football Programs. What do we do? 1) Social activities - Pre game tent - Final Season party, Brat Fry's, Cookouts, Golf Outing! 2) Fundraise - Registrations, Corporate sponsors, Salt Sale,  Brat Fry's , Special events. 3) Have fun! Bring our families together to support football!

Bags for Buczek A Community Event September th 2017 Sponsored by the Port Gridiron Club Objective: Celebrate the life of Tyler with an annual, community event that will raise money for the Tyler Buczek Scholarship Foundation and the Port Gridiron Club team max Who: All ages are invited, but high school age kids and older are allowed to play. What is Bags: also known as Cornhole, is a lawn game in which players take turns throwing corn hole bags at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point. Play continues until a team or player reaches the score of 21. Where: Veterans Memorial Park (Band Shell) Park is reserved! Food/Refreshments: Brats, Hamburgers, Chili Dump! Competition Hours: 1pm-7pm Concert Hours: 7:30pm-9pm Advertising: Getting the word out, creating a buzz! Twitter/ FB- May need someone to create a flyer for distribution! Help: I think if we split up responsibilities we can get this done fairly easily!

16 Anchor Points System Off Season -Anchor points demonstrate your commitment to your personal improvement, and your commitment to our football team.   Participating the Varsity football team is a privilege, and we as a staff and school value students who work hard to improve their team, school and self.   We as a staff want to reward players for their time, energy and commitment to our football program . The more players that are completely committed, the better our team and program will be.
