STAT3 regulates GC and plasma cell IgE class switching in B cells. (A and B) STAT3f/f control or CD19-Cre; STAT3f/f mice were immunized i.p. with 100 μg OVA in Alum. FACS analysis of splenocytes from day 14 postimmunization mice. Cells were stained with mAbs B220, GL7, CD138, IgG1, and intracellular IgE. Representative dot plots and summarized results are from at least three independent experiments. Cells were gated based on the corresponding isotype control mAb staining. Data are means ± SEM.
