20 Final Review Genoa, December 2 nd - 3 rd, 2004 20 In September 2004, Partners agreed on proceeding the activities on the F-MAN Prototype, in order to: enlarge tests and verification results of the Prototype Fine tune the actual release of the prototype thus Preparing the customization and Produce a Software (CD-Rom) and Hardware packed tool (for selected TOCs showing concrete interest into F-MAN future product) Exploitation of actual outcomes (2/3)

26 Final Review Genoa, December 2 nd - 3 rd, 2004 26 Conclusions (2) In consideration of all the elements presented so far, the F-MAN Consortium regards the end of F-MAN Project as the diving board to jump into a promising future business, where such innovative tools will be capable of raising rail freight transport competitiveness all over Europe
