2. Who?  
The training is for anyone wanting to know more about effective shelter programming and coordination. It is focused towards those working in humanitarian settings but will also be useful for those interested in this area.

3. Why?  
Reviews of shelter coordination and operation highlighted lack of consistent awareness at local, regional and national level of shelter coordination and response mechanisms. GSC response to develop a self-learning online training to raise awareness and understanding of shelter issues in humanitarian response.

4. What?  
It is a self directed e-learning course, which takes 90 minutes to complete free to all with an assessment and certificate
