4. Rules:
Keep easy:
MS fill it what they have; Eurostat checks. Both sides agree.
Eurostat calculates missing values; MS check. Both sides agree.
Publish both together at the end of each year.

5. Advantages: Better visibility of typologies
No need to juggle with different files, easier to find
Clear process fastens provision of typologies
