4 Why Set Goals? Goal setting is a powerful tool that you can use to shape your future. Goals help you focus. Goals give you a sense of purpose. Goals help you measure your progress. Reaching a goal boosts your self-confidence. Goal setting is a powerful tool that you can use to shape your future.
