Reviewing the Girls Early Recognition Items
The Recognition Order header will include Troop summary information on the sales at the time the order is created. Click the Review button located at the bottom to update ALL the girls sales totals. All the Girls names should go from a Red status to Blue indicating their orders are all up to date and no further action is required. The Review button will disappear and you can Save and Exit the order. If Girls names are still showing in red, that indicates those specific Girls need further review before you Save and Exit the Order. To do that: Click on the individual girls name in red and make any selections or enter any missing sizes as needed. The Recognition Range level requiring attention will be highlighted in red and once complete, it will become green. Once all names are up to date, they will appear in blue Click Save and Exit to complete the order Click Cancel if needing to exit out of the review process.
