1 Adding a Quote On the job report screen, click on Job Actions, a drop down menu appears Click on the one that says Quote Click on Create New Quote Add a quote name- ie-: Furniture repairs Add a brief description- ie: To restore damaged furniture items Click Save

2 The new quote appears like this
Click open Please note that the pricing lines available here are determined by the claim type, damage category and cause on the job report screen Click Add New Quote Item

3 Use the Item Category, Service Category and Service Code
to find the pricing line required Add comments to advise what the cost is for Fill in the units, the measure of the unit is below, in this instance it is one unit per hour of time. Press submit

4 Click on Add New Quote Item to add as many pricing lines as needed
Each pricing line added, adds in and can be seen here Once all lines have been added click on Submit for Approval Click OK Click OK The Quote has been submitted for approval
