After Dissection：
To check induction of oval cell , I analyzed histological and immunohistochemical study.
This slide showes HE staining and A6 immumohistochemical staining.
DDC diet induces cell proliferation including oval cells in portal area.
We can see this cell proliferation in DDC fed WT, but not KO mice.
This cell proliferation includes oval cells as an atypical ductular reaction, these cells had ovoid necleus and formed like a bile duct.
We can see brown pigmentations, maybe crystal of porphyrin in WT, but not KO mice.
A6 is a specific marker of oval cell and bile duct.
I did immunohistochemical staining using A6 antibody.
We can see A6 positive cell proliferation in the portal area of DDC fed WT mice, but not KO mice.
We can see just A6 positive bile duct in KO and Control fed WT mice
