Limited resources but acknowledgment of the huge interest of the process
Successful workshops and seminars
Cooperation enhanced within and between Member States
Need for more pro-active involvement of actors, incl. MS, NGOs and other stakeholders
Need to involve regional actors (authorities, organisations,…) and existing networks
