Summary
Separate advertisement protocols are required, to allow the separation of queries to different advertisement serves behind the AP.
Therefore ANQP & RLQP should exist as separate entities, as they fulfil different behavioural requirements
But, if the frame formats could be the same, then device implementation is simplified
Request that the RLQP Info ID length be made the same as ANQP (i.e. 2 octets)
